Parlato Development Group is a boutique real estate investor, developer, and builder with generational expertise and familial accountability.
Our group is made up of husband-and-wife duo Michael and Christina Parlato alongside Ronald Parlato, Michael’s father.
Ronald and Michael’s industry origins span four generations and range from building bespoke private homes, estate compounds, and institutional buildings to real estate acquisition, investment, and development. This experience combines with Christina’s international marketing and strategy background to define our visionary approach: We unite mastery, imagination, and innovation to offer a new perspective on development rooted in beauty and meaning.
Working within the places we live and stay — New York City, the Hamptons, Connecticut, and the towns of New York state’s upper Westchester and Dutchess counties — we thoughtfully select and design projects to enhance their respective environments and communities for a lifetime, or longer. And as an intentionally intimate, personally engaged group, we are able to adapt our process and approach to every project. Depending upon its particular needs, we curate a team of unique, vetted collaborators — both long–standing specialty trade partners and interdisciplinary innovators — perfectly suited to envision efficient, inspired, truly custom designs.
